The bill matches the app
Picked up means billed, paid by the app, with the app's own subtotal, promotion and tax, so it matches the payout statement.
Orders come through Mulliinger Cloud, so nothing has to be set up on your router, and nobody types an app password into the POS. If your computer is off, the cloud keeps the order until it is back. Live connections depend on each delivery app's approval for your store; we set it up with you.

Every bill, report and screen is in Canadian dollars. Choose your province once and Mulliinger charges and prints the right tax lines, worked out to the cent.
- Tax lines printed by name: HST 13%, or GST 5% and PST 7%, RST or QST.
- Each item can have its own rate, such as GST only or zero-rated.
- Cash bills round to the nearest 5 cents. Card and app payments stay exact.
- GST/HST return worksheet with lines 101 to 109, plus PST, RST or QST collected.

What do I need to run Mulliinger?
A Windows computer at the counter and a receipt printer. Waiters and the kitchen can use any phone or tablet on the same Wi-Fi, with nothing to install on them.
Does it work when the internet is down?
Yes. Mulliinger runs on your own computer, so billing, kitchen tickets, the waiter app and reports keep working. Only delivery app orders need the internet to arrive, and they wait safely in Mulliinger Cloud until you are back.
Which printers work with it?
Most thermal receipt printers (USB or network). If a printer acts up, the built-in "Fix this printer" test finds the settings it understands.
Are the tax rates right for my province?
Mulliinger comes set up with the 2026 rates for every province and territory, and you can change any rate or item yourself. We recommend your accountant checks your setup once before you go live.
Where is my data kept?
On your own computer, in your restaurant. We do not keep your sales. Delivery orders pass through Mulliinger Cloud only to reach your POS.
